Coral Design - Terms of Trade
Proof and Artwork Accuracy: Please review the provided proof meticulously, verifying all content, including spellings and contact details. Color Variability: Colors presented in the proof are intended as a reference guide and are subject to variance based on the final method of completion. Please be aware that color variations may occur due to the printing process, and Coral Design cannot ensure an exact color match with previous orders.
Reorders and Color Consistency: In instances of reorders, it is important to acknowledge that color variations might arise due to differing printing processes employed. Coral Design cannot guarantee an exact color match with prior orders.
Job Interruption and Charges: Clients possess the right to halt a project at any stage of the process. In such cases, charges will only apply to the materials used and the design time invested up to that point.
Consultation and Design Charges: An initial consultation lasting up to 15 minutes is provided without charge. However, any design work undertaken will incur a fee of $60.00 + GST per hour or portion thereof.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit amounting to 50% of the total project cost is necessary upon acceptance of the project.
Payment Terms: All invoices are to be settled within 7 days from the invoice date unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
Late Payment and Debt Recovery: Accounts outstanding 30 days beyond the due date may result in a debt recovery agency being engaged. The agency may impose a fee equivalent to 25% of the unpaid invoice amount, alongside other legal and collections costs that remain unrecoverable through the fee. A minimum fee of $25.00 will be applicable.
